I’m a fully qualified hair extension and advanced hair treatment specialist based in Bathgate. I specialise in luxury hair extensions and professional smoothing and repair treatments, working closely with each client to achieve results that are not only beautiful but safe, comfortable and long-lasting.

I take a personalised approach to every appointment, ensuring the correct method, treatment and aftercare are chosen specifically for your hair type and lifestyle.

I work from my private studio in Bathgate and welcome clients from all over the UK.

Before you call

  • How much does a visit cost?

    Every service shows a starting price. The exact figure comes at the start of the visit, once I have seen your hair — and it does not change halfway through.

  • How do I cancel?

    The easiest way is the “Change or cancel your appointment” button in your confirmation or reminder e-mail — it opens a chat with LUCY, my assistant, who shows your appointment and moves or cancels it only once you confirm. You can also send a WhatsApp message or call. Through LUCY you can move an appointment up to 48 hours before it; if you need to cancel, please let me know at least 48 hours ahead. An appointment paid online is cancelled by me personally — message or call; the details, including deposits, are in the terms.

  • Do I need an appointment?

    Yes. I work alone, at one chair — visits are by appointment only. You can book online in the calendar on this site: pick a service, a day and a time, and the appointment is booked straight away.

  • Is there a consultation before colour?

    Yes — every appointment starts with a consultation: I look at your hair, ask about your colour history and tell you what is realistic, and what it will cost, before I start. Before your first colour you will need an allergy patch test at least 48 hours beforehand. When you book your first colour in the online calendar, mention it in the notes — I'll fit the patch test in.

  • How can I pay?

    We settle up after the visit — by card, cash or bank transfer.
